- from 6 to 14 years old (on international trains from 5 to 10 years old) a child ticket is issued with a discount of up to 25%;
- from 14 years old (on international trains from 10 years old), a document is issued at full cost.

Another 14 kg of additional baggage can be paid for additionally by selecting «excess» under the passenger data field in the «Additional» menu.
It can be purchased only when buying a ticket or before boarding at the ticket office. It is forbidden to use a mattress, pillow and blanket without paying for linen.
You can return the ticket in your personal account. When returning a ticket at the initiative of the passenger, a commission is always withheld, the amount is displayed on the screen until the return is confirmed.
When canceling a flight, it is necessary to contact the ticket office to write a claim statement and reimburse the full cost of the ticket.
